Replacing Sugar with a healthier alternative

In some products, it will be beneficial to supplement JustSweet high-intensity sweetener with dietary fiber. Because JustSweet sweetener is at least 25 times, but often more than 100 times sweeter than sugar, it may be advantageous to add a “filler” that gives more “body” to the food you make. Typical in creams and pastries, where the fiber may give exceptional results.

There are several options. Often used such as Xantan-Gum, Arabica-Gum, Polydextrose, or the like, but we recommend our prebiotic dietary fiber.

Some will argue that Polydextrose is a prebiotic dietary fiber, which may be correct, but JustSweet is 100% natural.

In beverages like juices, soft drinks, iced teas, and ice coffees, “fillers” are usually not needed.
